Visit Orlando’s mission is to be the authority on vacation planning to the destination. The primary communication tool of the organization is their website. As lead writer and story producer for the Visit Orlando Blog, I published timely stories that provided insider planning tips along with news from across the organization. The blog is now generating roughly 12% of all website traffic to VisitOrlando.com and has increased 250% in page views since I began my work in September 2013.
